Muscle Weakness & Fatigue Common Remedy

What it is: Muscle weakness and muscle fatigue are two different things. Muscle weakness is the lack of physical strength needed to perform everyday activities. Muscle fatigue is the feeling of being tired, or exhausted. Both of these conditions are not diseases, they are symptoms.

Treatment: For muscle fatigue rest is the best treatment. Especially after a long hike the body needs rest. If fatigue lasts longer than 2 weeks please see your physician, there may be a more serious problem. For muscle weakness there may be another health problem causing it. Be sure to see your doctor if muscle weakness continually gets worse. Your doctor will discuss treatment options with you.
