Heat Exhaustion Common Remedy

What it is: Heat Exhaustion is being over exposed to a lot high temperatures and not replenishing fluids into the body to help it cool down. Some of the symptoms of heat exhaustion are heavy sweating, paleness, muscle cramps, tiredness, weakness, dizziness, nausea and vomiting, and fainting.

Treatment: Rest in a cool shady place, a cool bath or shower, an air conditioned environment, light weight clothing, and cool non alcoholic beverages. If problems persist call 911 immediately.
